The Meat Clerk is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, maintaining the meat department's presentation, and assisting with inventory and stocking. Essential Functions of the Position: Greet and assist customers in selecting meat products. Prepare ground meat using a meat grinder. Package and label meat products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department. Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness. Assist with inventory counts and ordering supplies. Perform other duties as assigned.
