The Meat Clerk is accountable for delivering G.O.A.T. (Greet, Observe, Assist, Thank) service to our customers. The Meat Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with meat selections, answering questions, and ensuring products are fresh, well-stocked, and properly displayed. This role supports daily department operations, including cutting, trimming, packaging, and labeling meat products while following food safety and sanitation standards. The Meat Clerk also assists with inventory management, maintains a clean and organized work area, and contributes to a positive shopping experience through friendly and efficient service.
