POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: Wrap, package, and accurately price department products. Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of all meat products to effectively assist customers and support operational excellence. Clean workspace, tools, and necessary utensils to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Organize and merchandise products to create visually appealing and well-stocked displays. Stock products in the proper locations, ensuring proper rotation and freshness. Load and unload deliveries, maintaining organization of inventory and ensuring proper storage in coolers. Prepare and cut meat as needed for customer requests and stock replenishment. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
