About The Position

Join our Fresh Foods team in the Meat Department, where you’ll provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure our fresh products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. This role is focused on creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while working in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience handling and preparing meat products (preferred)
• Friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Food Handlers Certification (required)

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and quality standards are met.
• Keep the meat department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and support ordering as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and dress code.
• Assist in other duties as assigned, such as stocking shelves or cleaning the department.
