About The Position
The Meat Clerk position is responsible for preparing the Meat and Seafood department for store opening and closing, assisting customers with product selection, and sharing product knowledge. The role involves preparing, cutting, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and presenting products, as well as stocking and maintaining meat and seafood cases. The Meat Clerk will complete customer special orders, handle damaged products, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the department. The position requires compliance with specific shift guidelines and awareness of current promotions and events.
