About The Position
As a Meat Clerk at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the highest quality of fresh and processed meats. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, rotating, wrapping, and merchandising various meat products, as well as assisting in the merchandising of seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses. You will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance, answering their questions, and providing recommendations on products. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the meat department is crucial, as is adhering to club policies and procedures. In this position, you will be expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the application of club policies and compliance. You will be part of a team that strives for flawless execution and accountability, acting with honesty and integrity while keeping the member's needs in mind.
