Responsibilities

  • Wrap, weigh, label, date and rotate all product per department protocol
  • Ensure that all items (meat and seafood) in back stock are properly placed in the cases or on shelves
  • Oversee daily merchandising and product maintenance; make sure shelves are fully stocked, organized, clean and that product has proper representation/facing on shelves
  • Ensure all product is pulled to the front of the shelves and has an organized appearance
  • Follow all established procedures and task lists to meticulously clean the department at end of the shift
