The Meat 3rd serves in the crucial capacity of supporting the meat department management team in effectively directing and supervising all functions and activities of Meat department team members to achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department while maintaining a positive team-oriented environment. Essential Functions of the Position: Assist with daily operations of the meat department. Supervise and train Meat Clerks and Cutters. Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and presentation of products. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Perform duties of Meat Cutter and Clerk as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
