About The Position

Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Measurement Technician III/Lead to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. This position will be responsible for the calibration, maintenance, operation, and accuracy of natural gas flow meters and preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and calibration on orifice meters, Coriolis, mag meters, and vortex meters.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 21 years of age to drive a Company Truck.
  • 4-6 years of experience with assorted brands of liquid flow meters.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oil and Gas Industry processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Past supervisory/management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Mechanical experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with Roeslein & Associates' core values for safe and efficient operation.
  • Act as a leader and liaison to customers, adhering to company contracts and resolving issues.
  • Perform all work in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete safety training classes with a 100% pass rate.
  • Train new employees to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Develop the team and provide feedback for annual performance evaluations.
  • Escalate employee issues and company violations.
  • Detect measurement errors and correct meters as needed.
  • Inspect all meters and maintain calibration equipment.
  • Facilitate yearly calibration inspections.
  • Identify and report safety situations.
  • Troubleshoot issues with complete resolution.
  • Calibrate per Method Flow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain detailed calibration data and historical records.
  • Perform maintenance and calibration of various types of meters.
  • Dress meter tubes per customer standards.
  • Safely drive to customer locations and perform required work.
  • Ensure accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
  • Promote a positive working environment.
  • Follow safety and employee conduct policies of partner companies.
