About The Position

The Measure Technician is a traveling field role that supports Home Depot's Measurement Services center. This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring accurate measurements during home visits. The Technician is responsible for conducting on-site measurements, coordinating installations, and utilizing a tablet for data entry and transmission, all while striving to meet company standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED is typically required.
• At least 1 year of work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service by assessing customer needs and communicating with customers.
• Conducting home measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Reviewing and editing drawings in the tablet.
• Coordinating installations in conjunction with the Measurement Services center.
