About The Position

Performs assessments, write quarterly summaries, and recommends any changes regarding resident care plans in compliance with state rules and regulations. Function as a team member with other departments using an interdisciplinary approach to assure quality resident care.

Requirements

• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa required.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Working knowledge of Federal & State long-term care regulations and laws required.
• CPR certification required.
• Required to work a flexible schedule as needed and requested.
• Computer experience or interest in learning computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervising experience preferred.
