Requirements
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada or eligible to obtain prior to hire
- Must have at least 2 years of MDS experience
- Must have at least 2-5 years of long-term care nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Management of the full-scope MDS assessment workflow for long-term care patients
- Be an invaluable member of the long-term care interdisciplinary team to advocate for quality treatments for all residents
