About The Position
The MDS Nurse (LPN) at The Holgate Center is responsible for conducting and coordinating the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and ensuring the implementation and ongoing evaluation of each resident's comprehensive care plan. This role requires a compassionate individual who can work closely with the Administrator to maintain quality, compliance, and accountability within the nursing staff.
