About The Position
MDS Coordinator Full Time ~ Days $5,000 Sign On Award Market Square Health Care, healthcare facility located in South Paris, has an immediate opening for MDS Coordinator. Duties will include managing the entire MDS process, completing assessments and developing care plans. The ideal candidate will have: A friendly, team-oriented disposition Flexibility, and be detailed oriented Understanding of PDPM Experience in a long term care or rehabilitation setting RN required Experience with the MDS is preferred but not required State of Maine License Position includes on call rotation
