About The Position

To conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment instrument that is the minimum data set , care are assessment and care plan in accordance with the state and federal requirements. As the MDS nurse you participate as part of the facility interdisciplinary team in the systems and processes to manage patients receiving skilled services as assigned.
