Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (Ohio)
- Prior MDS experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Complete and oversee accurate and timely MDS assessments
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate care planning process with interdisciplinary team
- Monitor case mix, reimbursement, and documentation accuracy
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
