The MDS Coordinator, RN supports the applicable clinical software used in assessments and care planning, with a goal of facilitating quality assurance.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota and must maintain licensure.
- One or more years’ nursing experience in a long-term care setting required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of MDS and care plan development experience preferred.
- CPR Certification preferred.
