About The Position

Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Knows how to handle all parts of the MDS process-from scheduling to completion.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Responsibilities
- Oversee and complete all MDS paperwork
- Ensure the facility receives proper reimbursement
