Our MDS Coordinators play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled MDS Care Plan Coordinator to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. We are a high volume, skilled nursing acute care facility where nursing assessment and review is crucial to our facility. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm If you are dedicated, compassionate, dependable and energetic – WE WANT YOU!
Requirements
- LPN/RN
- 3 - 5 years of MDS Coordinator experience
