About The Position

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic and compassionate OB/GYN team at Gundersen Health System (becoming Emplify Health). In this role, you will work alongside 17 physician colleagues in a practice that is a combination of both clinic and OR time, with a shared, equitable call schedule. Our well-established certified nurse midwife (CNM) practice has been an integral part of our team for over 40 years, providing comprehensive maternity care and collaborating closely with our OB/GYN team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. This position is supported by a wide range of resources, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment that will empower you to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program.
• Must be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated.
• Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in the multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside 17 physician colleagues in a combination of clinic and OR time.
• Participate in a shared, equitable call schedule.
• Collaborate with the certified nurse midwife (CNM) practice to provide comprehensive maternity care.
• Supervise advanced practice clinicians as part of the medical staff.
• Provide outreach service as part of the role in the system.
• Teach students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff as part of the Medical Education philosophy.
