The Classroom Assistant for the MD (Multiple Disabilities) program at the ESC of Eastern Ohio plays a crucial role in supporting the special education teacher in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse needs. The Classroom Assistant will work closely with the teacher to facilitate small group and individual instruction, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed academically and socially. Additionally, the Classroom Assistant will supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
