About The Position
Leidos is seeking a skilled and experienced Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS) Training Specialist to join their team at Offutt AFB, NE. This role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. The specialist will be responsible for building training scenarios for the MCTS to aid in training the RC-135 aircrew members. The position involves standardizing training task objectives and timelines to support Mission Qualification, Mission Certification, and pre-deployment training. Additionally, the specialist will develop and maintain MCTS scenarios that are exportable, adaptable, and standardized to stay ahead of ever-changing adversaries, requiring biannual reviews and updates to reflect the current target operational environment.
