We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented MClub Attendant to join our team at our full-service hotel! Requirements
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
- Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
- Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations
- Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
- Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience
