Responsibilities

  • Monitor a club lounge or service area to ensure seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bar, tables, equipment, and service tools.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages with consistency and care.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies while anticipating replenishment needs.
  • Complete opening and closing duties and wash dishes or utensils as needed.
  • Secure liquor, beer, wine, storage areas, and equipment properly.
  • Document key information in department logbooks and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates.
  • Stand, walk, lift, and move items up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout your shift.
