Responsibilities

Monitor a club lounge or service area to ensure seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the bar, tables, equipment, and service tools.
Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages with consistency and care.
Stock ice, glassware, and supplies while anticipating replenishment needs.
Complete opening and closing duties and wash dishes or utensils as needed.
Secure liquor, beer, wine, storage areas, and equipment properly.
Document key information in department logbooks and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly.
Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and protect company assets.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates.
Stand, walk, lift, and move items up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout your shift.
