About The Position

This position is for a MCCH Setup Team Lead. Lead MCCH Setup Team during scheduled event setup and strike shifts performing the general duties listed below that are required of all MCCH Setup Team members while also supervising the team, providing guidance and decision making as needed. Help recruit, schedule and organize MCCH Setup Team employees for the week's shifts. Assist with staff performance evaluations. Address staff concerns and communicate information and changes that affect the team. Assist with MCCH Setup Team staff scheduling and training. Meet with the Assistant Athletic Director - Facilities regularly to discuss upcoming events, shifts, training opportunities and other required duties. Nights and weekends are required for this position as it aligns with UWSP athletic events.
