The Operations Consultant at McDonald's Corporation is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to company-owned restaurants. The consultant will work closely with restaurant teams to develop their skills and improve operations, adhering to McDonald's policies and values.

  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and General Managers to establish performance targets.
  • Assist with recruiting and selecting managers based on staffing needs.
  • Educate restaurant managers on HR policies and compliance.
  • Partner with Training & HR staff to build capabilities in restaurants.
  • Choose appropriate consulting approaches based on restaurant performance levels.
  • Protect the McDonald's brand by ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Demonstrate Customer-First Service by observing and troubleshooting restaurant operations.
  • Teach and coach restaurant managers on executing restaurant systems effectively.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with McDonald's standard practices.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Field Operations experience.
  • Proven project management implementation skills.
  • Strong people/relationship management skills.
