About The Position

McGeorge Toyota is currently hiring for Service Advisors! Our Services Advisors initiate automotive services and repairs by addressing customer concerns and recommending needed services and maintenance; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; selling ethically needed repairs and maintenance; and maintaining customer rapport and records. The Service Advisor position has a strong focus on sales and customer service. Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment to ensure the ongoing growth of the business.

Requirements

• Must have Service Advisor experience (dealership environment preferred).
• Requires strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Required to be able to produce high sales levels while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated.
