Join our team at McDonald's Alaska! We are looking for enthusiastic crew members for various positions including Openers, Closers, Dayside, Swings, Shift Leaders, Assistants, and Maintenance roles. We offer competitive starting pay at $16.00 for crew positions, with opportunities for advancement and raises every six months!

Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Assist in training new employees
Handle cash and operate the cash register
Follow health and safety guidelines

Open availability for morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Team player attitude

Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment
Leadership experience for Shift Leader positions
