Join our team at McDonald's in Tikahtnu Commons and Jewel Lake! We are looking for enthusiastic crew members for various positions including Openers, Closers, Dayside, and Overnight shifts. Our locations at Airport Anchorage, Old Seward, and Northern Lights Anchorage are hiring now! We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00 for crew members, with opportunities for advancement and raises every 6 months!

Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Assist in training new employees
Handle cash and operate the cash register
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Be available for various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

Open availability for morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Team player attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment
Leadership experience for shift leader or assistant positions
