About The Position

Join our team at McDonald's Alaska, where we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for advancement. We are currently hiring for various positions including crew members, shift leaders, assistants, and maintenance roles across multiple locations including Tikahtnu Commons, Jewel Lake, Anchorage, Totem, Muldoon, Airport, Wasilla, Palmer, Eagle River, and Kodiak. Our crew members can start earning up to $17.00 per hour, depending on the position and experience. We are looking for individuals with open availability for morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role
• Leadership experience for shift leader positions

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
