About The Position

Join our team at McDonald's Alaska, where we offer a variety of positions including Crew, Swings, Shift Leaders, Assistants, and Maintenance roles. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with open availability for morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts. Our crew members start at up to $17.00 per hour, depending on the position and experience. We have multiple locations including Tikahtnu Commons, Jewel Lake, Anchorage, Totem, Muldoon, Airport, Wasilla, Palmer, Eagle River, and Kodiak.

Requirements

• Open availability for various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment
• Leadership experience for shift leader or assistant roles

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in training new employees
• Handle cash and operate the register
