About The Position

Join our team at McDonald's Alaska, where we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for advancement. We are currently hiring for various positions including crew members, shift leaders, assistants, and maintenance roles across multiple locations such as Tikahtnu Commons, Jewel Lake, Anchorage, Totem, Muldoon, Airport, Wasilla, Palmer, Eagle River, and Kodiak. Our crew members can start earning up to $17.00 per hour, depending on the position and experience. We have openings for openers, closers, dayside, and overnight shifts, particularly at the Airport Anchorage, Old Seward, and Northern Lights locations. We are looking for individuals with open availability, including morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Must have open availability for various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role
• Leadership experience for shift leader positions

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Assist in training new employees
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash and operate the cash register
• Support shift leaders and management in daily operations
