We are an independent Owner/Operator of McDonald's looking for exceptional leaders who care about the customer, the well-being of the team, and the store environment. Shift Leaders set the tone for the shift and have a direct impact on the customer experience. Our ideal person cares deeply about the team and the customers. Shift Leaders perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. They are also responsible for meeting targets during their shifts.
