About The Position

Join our team at McDonald's Alaska, where we are looking for enthusiastic crew members to fill various positions including Openers, Closers, Dayside positions, Swings, Shift Leaders, Assistants, and Maintenance roles. We offer competitive starting pay at $16.00 per hour for crew members, with opportunities for advancement and raises every six months!

Requirements

• Open availability for morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role
• Leadership experience for Shift Leaders and Assistants

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
