As a Model Based Systems Engineer , the successful candidate will lead and employ Model Based Systems Engineering approaches to developing Systems Engineering, and Cyber products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize needed views of model data to communicate system design and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains. Specific duties include: Implement digital transformation initiatives into your program and work products. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
  • Experience with SySML or comparable modeling language
  • Experience with CAMEO or equivalent tools
  • Experience with Systems Engineering fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple engineering fields and coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experice with Cyber resilience design and/or standards
  • Experience with DOORS
  • Familiarity with Agile processes
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Familiarity with program and design review process (SRR, PDR, CDR, FRR, etc.)
  • Experience with process development and deployment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
