It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety. Job Description: IT Architect: Builds and maintains IT infrastructure models utilizing MBSE methods according to UAF standards. Designs and develops platform to host a global web publishing operation in support of a New Media Initiative or web-based MISO program. Ensures the platform is scalable and reliable to ensure maximum uptime as well as secure to protect from intrusion and denial of service attacks. Implements the platform under the control of an automated configuration management framework. Provides in-depth knowledge of information security. Holds responsibility for the architecture of the data framework that is required by the operations to collect and make available program performance metrics.
