About The Position
SoFi is seeking a U.S. military veteran MBA Fellow to join our team and lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing personal financial management through AI technologies. In this role, you will help shape the future of SoFi’s AI-powered financial guidance by analyzing how conversational tools—like chat-based virtual assistants—can anticipate member needs and provide timely, personalized recommendations across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing. You will help us better understand key usage metrics, industry benchmarks, and optimization opportunities beyond just customer experience. You'll play a critical role in evaluating how AI can delight customers, drive business outcomes, and empower members to take smarter financial actions via interactive, personalized conversations. Your findings will help shape the future of AI tools across SoFi’s product suite.
