Major Duties Under general supervision, the MBA Program Coordinator efficiently conducts recruitment and admissions processes, gathers and analyzes enrollment data, and supports accreditation reporting. Responsibilities include: Carries out recruitment and admissions processes for the MBA program(s). Conducts database management processes for program annual report, rankings, and AACSB reporting purposes. Oversees the review, analysis, and admission processes for applicants of the MBA program(s). Coordinates the advisement process, material, and information for all prospective MBA applicants and current students. Collaborates professionally with DNCBE Departments for scheduling needs. Performs other duties as assigned. A Master’s degree is preferred. Equivalent to three (3) years of full-time, progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience. Additional experience in job-related field may be substituted for up to two years of the required education, on a year for year basis.

  • Knowledge of graduate admissions and enrollment management — including recruitment strategies, application processes, and student lifecycle management for MBA programs.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills — ability to collect, analyze, and report on enrollment trends, program demand, and student progress to inform strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and marketing skills — proficiency in developing outreach materials, managing digital content, and promoting programs to prospective and current students.
  • Project and organizational management abilities — capacity to coordinate multiple admissions, reporting, and marketing initiatives effectively in a fast-paced academic environment.
