About The Position

Our MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) empowers top MBA talent to become exceptional leaders who drive impact at Western & Southern and in the community. Through strategic assignments and direct collaboration with senior leaders, LDP associates contribute meaningfully from day one. Our Leadership Development Program is designed to develop top MBA graduates (LDP associates) through strategic, high visibility assignments and partnership with our senior leadership team. Our LDP challenges the best to become extraordinary financial services leaders with impact throughout Western & Southern Financial Group.

Requirements

• Working toward a Master's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, operations, economics, management/operations, marketing, or business analytics.
• Proven business savvy with financial acumen.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
• Competency in and a commitment to collaboration.
• A concentration in finance, strategy, consulting, or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing (MS Word) applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four to six rotations over the three-year program that provide a strategic perspective of the major business units.
• Engage in typical assignments including investments, financial analysis, due diligence, strategic planning, and innovative technology solutions.
• Take ownership of demanding and leading-edge projects in Western & Southern Financial Group.
• Receive a generous share of senior leaders' time and attention due to the small and select nature of the program.
• Report directly to the most senior officer responsible for your assigned operation.
• Have a member of senior leadership selected as your coach and mentor throughout the program.
• Be promoted to officer-level positions after successfully completing three years of rotational assignments.
• Placement is based on career interests and organizational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
