About The Position
De Soi is seeking a high-performing MBA intern to work directly with senior leadership on cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations. This role is designed for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to executive decision-making, and hands-on experience operating inside a fast-growing consumer brand.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Bias toward action and ownership
- Interest in startups, consumer brands, or high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Support leadership on priority strategic and operational initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects from analysis through execution
- Develop frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to inform decisions
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and next steps
- Act as a connector across teams to ensure momentum and accountability
- Own special projects aligned to company priorities
