The MBA Intern, Portfolio Operations will be responsible for the following: Partnering with portfolio company management teams to support value creation initiatives, including growth, transformation, and integration-related priorities Supporting the development and execution of the firm’s Responsible Investment strategy, including portfolio company and firmwide engagement, reporting, third-party management, and implementation of new initiatives Advancing the firm’s executive talent strategy, including maintaining tracking tools, databases, and dashboards related to executive networks, search processes, and assessments; evaluating emerging AI-enabled talent tools to drive productivity and insights; and managing third-party and advisor relationships Supporting the portfolio review process, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance performance monitoring and generate portfolio-wide insights Managing the portfolio-wide executive council network, including planning and coordinating recurring discussions among functional leaders Building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio company executives and investment team members to support execution of key initiatives In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you will be expected to handle ad hoc requests as they arise. Requirements

  • Current MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate
  • Prior experience in management consulting and/or in an operating role at a high-growth company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Interest in private equity and value creation, with a desire to work closely with portfolio company management teams
