About The Position

The Growth MBA Intern will support enterprise-wide initiatives and gain exposure to various growth functions such as Emerging Brands, Innovation, and Project Management. This role involves delivering key business projects with responsibilities akin to a full-time Associate Brand Manager, conducting data-driven research, and presenting recommendations to an executive audience to influence long-term growth plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business.
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, having completed the first year, or recently graduated with an MBA within one year of internship completion.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategic and/or marketing roles (preferred).
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of sharing ideas across diverse audiences.
  • Startup mentality with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consumer obsession with a genuine curiosity to understand consumer behavior.
  • High level of integrity and professional judgment.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong sense of business ownership and storytelling skills.

  • Experience in brand strategy and marketing.
  • Familiarity with agile working methods.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the brand strategy and early marketing & commercialization activities for Emerging Brands within the Constellation portfolio.
  • Participating in the development and execution of portfolio-wide innovation efforts to meet brand/business goals.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of in-market activation efforts for Emerging Brands, including organic & paid social, influencers, POS, sampling activations, experiential & sponsorships.
  • Developing a go-to-market playbook based on learnings to date.
  • Partnering with Insights to analyze in-market research efforts and determine key takeaways and optimization areas by brand.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Analytics, Insights & Sales teams for monthly brand performance reporting and optimization discussions.
  • Monitoring competitors' successes and shortcomings to develop a competitive audit featuring best-in-class examples and relevant takeaways for Emerging Brands.
  • Participating in brand activation and market visits.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly salary ranging from $23.00 to $38.00 per hour.
