MBA Finance Intern, Intuit Customer Success
About The Position

As part of the Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, MBA interns play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making, financial insight, and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that shape the future of Intuit's customer success and growth strategy. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, finance, and customer impact - and who want to make a real difference from day one.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, ideally with a focus on Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
- 3-5 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and sense of humor.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Hyperion Essbase a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and business teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans, identifying opportunities for investment and growth.
- Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI.
- Support scenario modeling and forecasting for customer success operations, resource allocation, and investment prioritization.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning, reporting, and performance management.
- Leverage Intuit's AI-first mindset to identify ways to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Support the month-end close and budget optimization process through analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, balancing financial discipline with business agility.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
