The MBA Development Program Internship at ConocoPhillips is a 10-week summer internship designed to provide MBA students with exposure to key strategic functions within the company. This program aims to develop talented individuals with the necessary skillsets to compete for future Finance positions at ConocoPhillips. Interns will engage in a project-based experience that includes an exciting job assignment, a strategic high-impact project, team-building activities, and learning opportunities. Additionally, participants will have the chance to network with peers and company leaders, gaining visibility with senior leadership and broad exposure to both Corporate and Business Unit Functions. Internship placements may include areas such as Investment Appraisal, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Treasury, Low Carbon Technologies, and the Lower 48 Finance Organization. Specific job descriptions and responsibilities will vary depending on the assignment. Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will acquire valuable experiences and skills that can be applied throughout their careers, as well as the opportunity to compete for full-time placement in the ConocoPhillips MBA Development Program upon graduation.
