About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative MBA student to join our team as a Brand Marketing Intern. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role — it always comes back to this: we’re a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in multiple events throughout the summer including leadership panels, a day of fun in Boston and learning sessions from various business functions. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. Interviews will start in December 2025.

Requirements

  • MBA student expecting to graduate in Spring/Summer 2026.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Ability to be in at least one of the following areas: Boston, MA or Lakeville, MA.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in working in or consulting for consumer products industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Nielson, IRI/Circana, NPD) is preferred, but not required.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling.
  • Self-starters who have demonstrated personal and thought leadership capabilities in prior responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Able to use data to identify trends, solve problems and support brand decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a project directly related to a current business challenge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, brand elevation, category management, finance, and research & development.
  • Present final recommendations to the marketing team, cross-functional team, and leadership.
  • Utilize category data to diagnose a business challenge and recommend a solution.
  • Partner with brand elevation team and agencies to create marketing plans.
  • Leverage consumer insights to develop product positioning strategies.
  • Develop a go-to-market plan for an innovative launch.
  • Evaluate a new category or business model.
