Requirements
- Be able to plan to prevent part shortages.
- Must have working Knowledge of all areas within the department.
- Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipients.
- Math & computer skills to calculate inventory.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills required.
Responsibilities
- Validate all SOS are signed off.
- Ensure and validate receivers.
- Participate in Physical inventory
- Manage accuracy of 3PL
- Perform safety audits.
- Leads area to achieve production goals.
- Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Work overtime and weekends.
- Train new team members
- Motivate employees to perform their best.
- Assist the lead in the department and may fill in for him/her if absent
- Assist the materials coordinator and may fill in for him/her if absent
- Other duties as assigned.
