Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Patient Services Manager, the Patient Services Assistant works with MedBridge staff, patients, and surgery center staff to provide quality customer service. This role assists the manager and coordinators by scheduling cases, making outbound financial calls, and answering phone lines.
