About The Position

Paul Miller Mazda is looking for an EXPERIENCED, talented, dedicated, Service Technician to join our team of passionate Mazda experts. Our Service Technicians are a key element of our company, keeping our Customers’ vehicles running smoothly and helping them continue to drive happy every day.

Requirements

• Mazda or other manufacturer certifications with transcripts to the head of the line
• Strong automotive background, 2+ years experience is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Inspection of customer vehicles
• Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Accurately estimate the cost of repairs
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Document services performed
• Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
• Request any necessary parts
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe work area
• Participate in required training
• Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
• Other duties as assigned
