About The Position

Join Passport MAZDA as a Sales Advisor in a rare opportunity to be part of one of the top-selling automotive brands in America. This position offers a competitive wage/salary compensation with first-year potential earnings ranging from $60,000 to $150,000. You will benefit from a strong supportive sales management and finance team, along with one-on-one personal coaching to help you succeed in your role. The new state-of-the-art showroom and facility, equipped with modern computer equipment, provides an excellent environment for sales activities. Located conveniently off Rt 495 Capital Beltway at the Passport Auto Park, you will have your own personal modern workspace and access to a large and loyal customer base, ensuring plenty of leads and business opportunities. The position follows a 5-day work schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in any industry or hospitality industry experience (restaurant or hotel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Utilize the large customer base to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales management and finance team to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the showroom.
