About The Position

NJR Service Corporation Maximo Sr. Business Application Developer Wall, NJ Responsibilities: Design, configure, and support workflow processes and enhancements within IBM Maximo applications. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Customize Maximo modules through application configurations, automation scripts, and interface development using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). Utilize tools such as Application Designer, Workflow Designer, and database configurations to deliver scalable business solutions. Integrate Maximo with external enterprise applications using REST/JSON services. Support production environments by resolving application issues, reporting errors, and maintaining data integrity. Develop documentation including user guides, technical manuals, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure application performance aligns with functional requirements and best practices. Salary Range: $191,000 - $195,000 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and eight years of software development experience. Experience must include eight years each of the following: configuring and customizing of IBM Maximo Asset Management applications; working with workflow design, automation scripting, and application development using Java or Python; developing integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, or Web Services; performing SQL scripting and database schema management within Maximo; and providing technical support, defect resolution, and training related to Maximo applications. Experience must include four years with Maximo reporting tools, such as BIRT and Ad Hoc reports. Experience may be gained concurrently.
